GLOBAL FP&A ANALYST 80 – 100% (TEMPORARY CONTRACT)

Your responsibilities

  • Support the month-end financial closing process for Bucherer operations
  • Automate existing reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities for Bucherer divisions
  • Analyze financial performance and variances against targets
  • Prepare financial models and scenario analyses to support decision-making
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for performance monitoring
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and provide insights to management

Your skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Controlling, Accounting, or Chartered Specialist in Accounting and Financial Management
  • First experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting (1-2 years)
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems)
  • Experience with automation tools and processes (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Prior experience in retail finance or related industry preferred
  • Fluent expression in German and English (both spoken and written)
